All ads and payment must be received by September 1st, 2024.

All ads must meet the following criteria:

File must be high-resolution (JPG and PDF files accepted)
Half page ads must be horizontally oriented
Full page and cover ads must be vertically oriented

Advertising policies

Errors: The publisher is not responsible for errors resulting from illegible or incorrectly submitted advertisements. The publisher's liability for any errors shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by that error. No credit will be issued for errors in ads or changes in ad copy after published deadline. 

Placement: Guaranteed advertisement placement is ONLY for the inside covers. We also will not add booth or space numbers to your advertisement.
